Thus we have anchored the “k.i.A.” concept, which stands for controlled, integrated cultivation (“kontrollierter, integrierter Anbau”), firmly into our botanicals policies. These include working with our suppliers on a very long-term basis, avoiding the use of chemical pesticides as far as possible and only using clearly defined raw materials.
